We were approached to help improve the company’s image and develop a distinct high-performing brand to boost United’s sales and profits.
SOLUTION
We developed a brand strategy focused on two main customer groups, refreshing UIS's core values and purpose. By repositioning the UIS sales team as Workshop Consultants and shifting our focus from product sales to productised service-based offerings, we not only improved relationships with existing customers but also unlocked new cross-selling and upselling opportunities, attracted new key accounts, and streamlined order processing. The strategy boosted profits by 300%, and turned UIS from just a supplier to dynamic partners in garage organisation and stock management. Alongside, our dedicated creative team updated the visual identity accordingly and continues to improve brand and digital marketing monthly.
